Daily Writing Project

Every so often it feels like I return to this blog to try and resurrect my own interest in it. Even this is something I’m basically writing to myself that no one may ever see! But that’s ok. I think the challenge is that I always tried to keep it so heavily focused on training and working out. While I find that fine to write and read about, there’s usually so much more going on in my life that I really should be using this as a general blog. I used to do that all the time.

So I want to try and make a commitment to myself to actually put in a few minutes every day. Sometimes it’ll be 5 minutes. Sometimes it will be more. But I want to try and write something every day. It might not always be much since this new COVID world we live in has me pretty busy balancing work and kids and life but I think it’s worth it.
