Rocked it out when I got home tonight. Ran a little a little over 3.1 miles since that’s the what my neighborhood loop forces me into. It was a bit of a harder night tonight so tommorrow I’ll just do something light. Aiming for 4 miles this weekend…that’s going to be rough.
Got to play with my new HRM too tonight. Still haven’t figured out what my Max HR is but my estimate was 198 and I hit 196 tonight so I’m thinking I may actually be too low since I ran hard tonight but not even close to all out. Not really important…just a bit curious.
I may start looking into some supplements too. If I’m going to run this much I think I need to make sure I’m getting everything I need.
